NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — Investigators have arrested and charged an NYPD school safety agent accused of driving while drunk on Saturday, authorities said. Elizabeth Carrasco, 34, was arrested in East Harlem at 1:48 a.m., according to the NYPD. Carrasco was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability-impaired alcohol, authorities said.

A camouflage-wearing man seen walking around a Clifton neighborhood Wednesday afternoon with a rifle strapped to his body was arrested shortly thereafter, police said.
