Changeable Conditions Today, Freeze Watch Tonight

A little bit of everything in the forecast today–clouds, showers, sun. After some shower action this morning, we will see some breaks of sun through midday. Between the sun and a passing cold front, that could fuel another passing shower or storm this afternoon….then we’ll end the day with lots of sunshine. Under clear skies tonight, temperatures will plummet into the upper 20s and low 30s. A FREEZE WATCH is in effect for most of the state, so cover your plants or flowers before you go to bed. Once again, the pansies will be fine–they can survive freezing temps! A cold start will give way to a cool afternoon. Temperatures will come back up for Friday and the weekend!

Tonight: Clear and cold. A FREEZE WATCH in effect with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.

Thursday: A cold start to a cool afternoon. Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 50s.

Friday: Lots of sunshine. Highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Saturday: Scattered clouds with highs in the low 60s. Some showers overnight.

Sunday: Spotty showers ending early. Becoming partly cloudy with highs near 70°.

Monday: Sun and clouds. Warm, highs in the low to upper 70s.

Tuesday: Partly cloudy with an afternoon shower or storm. Highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s.

Wednesday: Scattered clouds with highs in the low 70s.
