Police make arrest in Harrisburg murder investigation

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– Harrisburg Police announced they have arrested a man as part of a homicide investigation .

Marcus Stultz, 26, of Harrisburg, was arrested and charged Friday for his alleged involvement in the fatal April 17 shooting of a man in the area of Evergreen and Thompson Streets.

Court documents show that Stultz faces charges of murder, conspiracy and robbery.

Man killed in dirt bike crash in Dauphin County

He is currently locked up in Dauphin County Prison with bail denied. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 29.
