HARBOR SPRINGS — The Little Traverse Bay Humane Society will be hosting their most “egg-citing” fundraiser of the year on Saturday, March 30.

Interested individuals can order filled Easter eggs (with candy, dog treats or cat treats) from the Humane Society and have them hidden in their yard on the night of March 30 between 4-8 p.m.

Eggs are $30 for a dozen, $50 for two dozen or $100 for five dozen. For an extra $25 donation, the Humane Society will have the Easter Bunny make a special appearance during the delivery.

“This fundraiser is a great way for the community to get involved with a fun twist," said Director of Development Jessica Mendezona. “Our team is excited to see the joy our deliveries can bring families on Easter, while raising awareness and funds to support our mission.”

All donations received from this fundraiser will go directly to support the thousands of animals that the Humane Society assists every year. The Little Traverse Bay Humane Society is a nonprofit organization located in Harbor Springs and is funded solely by grants and individual supporters.

Egg orders must be placed by March 29 at midnight and delivery locations must be within 25 miles of the shelter. If individuals live outside of the delivery range, they can pick up their egg basket at the shelter, located at 1300 W. Conway Road, on March 30.
