ANNAPOLIS, Md. — The United States Naval Academy (USNA) announced a major academic restructuring today that will establish both a standalone school for computing, cybersecurity, super intelligence, robotics and autonomous systems and a standalone school of engineering. Campus Views 2026: Notre Dame Preparatory School
Set on 65 wooded acres in the Baltimore area, Notre Dame Preparatory School’s campus offers a captivating, inspiring, and secure environment for more than 810 middle and high school students. Founded in 1873 on Charles Street—now the site of Notre Dame of Maryland University—NDP relocated to its Hampton Lane home in Towson, Maryland, in 1960 and has grown thoughtfully ever since. From the moment visitors arrive, the campus reflects deep symbolism and tradition: the seven pillars at the entrance serve as a welcoming beacon, the fieldstone façade signifies strength and permanence, and the Gateway marks both the beginning and culmination of each student’s journey, from Orientation to Graduation.
