MASSENA, N.Y. (WWTI) – A 31-year-old Massena man is facing rape charges. Massena Village Police arrested Andrew Kreger on Monday, June 10. Authorities charged him with a felony count of first-degree rape forcible compulsion. He was arraigned Massena Town Court and was remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail without bail.
