A group of men pulled up alongside an NYPD traffic enforcement agent in Manhattan and blasted him in the face with a fire extinguisher, police said Monday. PATERSON, NJ - A 51-year-old Passaic man was shot in Paterson early Monday, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In- Charge Isa Abbassi announced.
