Construction on Rolling Hills extension through Fiesta Square set to begin later this year
FAYETTEVILLE — A road project that’s been in the works for years at Fiesta Square is scheduled to start construction in late summer or early fall. The City Council’s Transportation Committee, consisting of half the council members, on March 31 voted 3-0 to support a redesign of an extension of Rolling Hills Drive and Plainview Avenue that will run through Fiesta Square, connected by a roundabout. The design is set to appear on the full council’s May 19 agenda.
