Letter to the Editor: Kaplan Has Failed Us
Bob Kaplan wants another four year term on the Ashland City Council. Unfortunately for Bob, he doesn’t deserve another term. Bob, has been on the council for four years. Bob has voted for increase after increase over the past year. He’s voted AGAINST a measure that would have Ashland citizens vote on fee increases – TWICE! Bob doesn’t want YOU to have a voice in fee increases. Despite all of the fee increases that Bob has voted for, the budget is still not close to being balanced. Bob’s had a chance for four years to deal with the budget and has failed to do so.
