New runway opens at Greensburg Airport
GREENSBURG, Ind. – The Greensburg Municipal Airport has officially opened Runway 1-19 for business aircraft. City officials, Greensburg Aviation Board members, contractors, and partners on the project gathered on the new runway Saturday morning to officially open the runway for business, a project that has been in development since 2001 under then-mayor Gary Bailey. Over the next two decades and five mayoral administrations, the Greensburg Aviation Board worked with engineering firm Butler, Fairman, and Seufert, Inc. to expand upon the current infrastructure of the Greensburg Municipal Airport in order to allow business class aircraft to land in Greensburg.

Batesville Middle School Cross Country
The Batesville Middle School Cross Country team traveled to Greensburg on Monday evening for the EIAC meet. We had matching victories from both our boys and girls teams, each bringing home the traveling team trophies! The girls had the honor of running first with seventh grader Ava Wade leading the team. Wade was the meet champion for the girls in a time of 11:31. Also earning All-Conference medals were Elia Wade in 4th place, Maycee Holtkamp in 7th, Jayla Bedel in 8th, Hilary Ziegler in 10th, Nya Moon in 12th, and Audrey Dieckmann in 13th. The girls had a team score of 30 while Greensburg placed 2nd with 50 points, East Central was 3rd with 51, and Greendale with 116. Benjamin Rush, Connersville, and South Dearborn were incomplete and Franklin County did not have any participants.

New Evidence Released in Delphi Double Murders Suggest Others Involved
It appears as though there may have been more than one person involved in the murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German in 2017. Service offers transportation for older people, people with disabilities
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A transportation service has begun for qualifying people who are 60 and older, or who have disabilities in Indianapolis and nearby counties.
