Williams was born and raised in Jamaica and came to New York at just 19 years old. After years of catering Jamaican cuisine in the Greensboro area, she decided to follow her dreams and open a food truck.

Menu items include a variety of bowls that are all served with rice, beans, sauteed cabbage, carrots and fried plantains with different options for sauces and seasoning. Protein options include Jamaican jerk chicken, curried chicken, Jamaican jerk salmon and oxtails.
