The late-season run for the C.M. Russell High softball team continues. Two hot innings at the plate and solid defense Tuesday night led to a 9-6 crosstown victory for the Rustlers over Great Falls High under the lights at the Multi-Sports Complex. It was the fourth straight win for CMR (6-6 Eastern AA) as it earned the season split with the rival Bison (3-9 conference) with two games left in the regular season.

Free parking coming to downtown Great Falls this summer
GREAT FALLS, Mont. - Great Falls will have free parking this summer in the city's North Parking Garage. Free parking will start June 1, 2024, and run through August 31, 2024. "It's a trial period right now. I hope it's very successful because I want to fully implement it to be year round," said Mayor of Great Falls, Cory Reeves.
