A Webster man, Calvin D. Riley, 32, had his initial appearance Friday, May 3, 2024, in Sawyer County Circuit Court on a charge of first-degree reckless homicide by delivering Fentanyl in the death of 44-year-old Gerald Rusk at a residence near Whitefish Lake on May 22, 2022.
