Boyce man dies following two-vehicle crash near DeRidder
DeRidder, La. (KPLC) - A Boyce man has died following a two-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler near DeRidder, according to Louisiana State Police. Trooper Ross Brennan says troopers were called out to a vehicle accident on Highway 112 near Forrest Simmons Road around 1 p.m. on Monday, May 20. Their investigation showed that Michael Pharris, 34, was traveling east on the highway in a 2019 Dodge Charger as an 18-wheeler was traveling in the opposite direction.
