A new Mexican restaurant has opened on West Wisconsin Avenue in the former Hippie Wayne's Green Tomato Artisan Market and Kitchen location. The menu at T.D.A. Café Tierra De Alegria includes unique Mexican drinks and Mexican and American meal options.

The former Kwik Trip on West Wisconsin Avenue is being demolished for a new Wisconsin-based flooring center. The Town of Grand Chute approved construction for the project in March.

Soda Bar, a shop specializing to handcrafted and customizable beverages, is opening a second location on Casaloma Drive. Co-owner Rod Richardson said the biggest difference in the two locations is the bigger space at the newest location.

Following a small fire on March 26 that resulted in no injuries, the Grand Chute IHOP is closed for repairs. A note on the door gives a rough estimate of when the restaurant is expected to reopen.
