I have a car. I just can’t afford to drive it. I’m a commuter at PennWest California, and like a lot of commuters, I take the bus because it’s cheaper. It saves me gas money, but it costs me something else, time. I have two-to-three-hour gaps between classes, waiting for my next bus.

VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Gas prices are five cents lower in Western Pennsylvania this week at $4.624 per gallon, according to AAA East Central’s Gas Price Report.
