Westby man and Gays Mills woman arrested on drug related charges following traffic stop
CRAWFORD COUNTY, Wis. – Sheriff Dale McCullick reports that on Friday, May 24, law enforcement personnel conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 131 in the Township of Freeman. The Sheriff’s report states that during the stop, Crawford County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Diego was utilized and alerted to the presence of one or more controlled substances in the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted, and the following was discovered, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.
The rich history of Prairie du Chien
