Ohio man accused of severing his father’s legs and hiding them in trash bags
KETTERING, Ohio (TCD) -- A 52-year-old man faces charges after the dismembered legs of his 75-year-old father were found in trash bags at the end of his driveway. On April 26, officers with the Kettering Police Department responded to a home on Croftshire Drive after Trotwood Police found two human legs several days earlier. Police learned the victim, identified by the Dayton Daily News as Edgar Keiter Sr., lived at the home.

A Geauga County Sheriff’s Office cruiser was involved in a multi-car crash on U.S. 422 in Troy Township. According to Ohio State Highway Patrol Sergeant Bridget Matt, at 1:19 p.m. on May 8, troopers from the Chardon Post responded to a multi-vehicle crash on U.S. 422 and 12876 Main Market Road in Troy Township.
