Charges dropped against one of two men in viral Reform tasing incident
REFORM, Ala. (WBRC) - We’re getting an update on the case of a man who was tased while handcuffed last year. Leroy Maxwell, the attorney for Micah Washington and Jacorien Henry, released an extended video of the incident. In that video, you see the beginning of the arrest. Reform Police Officer Dana Elmore can be seen holding a Taser to Washington as he began filming the incident on his phone. Later more video shows Officer Elmore seemingly tasing Washington after he was cuffed and on the hood of a car.

Aliceville Mayor Terrence Windham presented Rosetta Minor with the city’s ‘A Touch Of Home’ award for her community efforts.
