Columbia University student from Iowa weighs in on university's decision to cancel commencement
NEW YORK — A Columbia University senior from Clear Lake is sharing her thoughts on the school's decision to cancel its main commencement ceremony. Lydia Futrell will get her degree in earth and environmental engineering this spring from the Ivy League school. She told KCCI there's been a lot of commotion on campus with recent pro-Palestinian protests.
