Police investigate break-in at convenience store in Glastonbury

GLASTONBURY, Conn. (WTNH) – Police are investigating a break-in at a convenience store Monday morning in Glastonbury.

Officers responded to the incident around 3:40 a.m. at Chestnut Mart of Norwalk, located at 2749 Main St.

Upon arrival, police said they found the front door glass shattered and cigarettes stolen from the
store.

Injuries reported after pedestrian crash on Route 2 in Bozrah

Police said they are working with other law enforcement agencies to see if the burglary is related to similar ones in the region.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Glastonbury Police Department Investigation Division at 860-633-8301.
