FAYETTE COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — Two Mercer County men are facing prison time after police located hundreds of pills while searching a vehicle during a traffic stop. Deron Adolph Yarrell, 27, of Bluefield, has been convicted of possession and conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute fentanyl, oxymorphone, cocaine and tramadol, according to a news release from the Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
