Gilmer dominates track regionals in Bullard Monday
GILMER, Texas (KLTV) - The Gilmer Buckeyes dominated the track regionals Monday in Bullard, where the boys 4x100 had heat. The anchor man, sprinter Will Henderson, brought it home, as he was familiar with the finish line often. In the 100M where he won state last season, he held off the competitors. Losing is not in his DNA.
Sabine’s Huey gets win for Panola
TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - Former Sabine Cardinal Matt Huey earned his second win of the season pitching in relief as Panola defeated TJC, 10-9, on Wednesday. Huey entered the game in the seventh inning with two outs and the bases loaded and Panola down, 9-6. He struck out the first batter to end the inning. Huey came back in the eighth inning, with Panola now up, 10-9. Huey left the game with two outs and two runners on as his reliever made it out of the inning, setting Huey up for the win.

Baseball Recap: Gladewater extends home winning streak to four
Gladewater came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.3 runs) and they left with even more momentum. They had just enough and edged the Hughes Springs Mustangs out 6-5. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Gladewater also won the last time the pair played back in March.
