That’s why the RTC is continually making improvements at intersections throughout the region. Some of those projects are underway, including an important one on the corner of Moana Lane and Baker Lane. That intersection is currently a two-way stop. The RTC is installing a traffic signal ahead of the opening of the Moana Springs Aquatics and Fitness Center, which is set to open this summer. Improving the intersection will help manage the traffic flow that the new complex will create.
