High pressure off the coast will drive mostly clear to sunny skies, dry conditions and warming temperatures across our region. A cool system to our northeast is expected to leave us with breezy north winds mid-week. Skies have been mostly clear overnight, and we'll end up with mostly sunny to sunny skies through your Tuesday. Some thin clouds will brush south over our region today, but will not have any real impacts to your forecast. Temperatures are starting out in the 50's to 60's in the valley and foothills, and 30's to 40's in our mountain zones Tuesday morning. Winds will be out of the north to around 10mph through the day, but gusts will become slightly stronger than that tonight. High temperatures are projected to climb into the mid to upper 90's in the valley, 70's to upper 80's in the foothills, 70's to mid 80's in the Sierra, and mid 80's to low 90's in the Northern Mountains this afternoon.
