TEAM 2 TRAFFIC: Southbound lanes of I-110 cleared after accident
BATON ROUGE: All four southbound lanes of I-110 were stopped due to a crash near Evangeline Street. The crash happened just after 6:30 p.m. At least one person was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. The lanes were back open by 8 p.m.

23rd Judicial District reports guilty pleas for May 6-10
The 23rd Judicial District Attorney's Office, which includes the parishes of Ascension, Assumption, and St. James, reported guilty pleas during the week of May 6-10. Anshjay Bourgeois, 13177 Melissa Heights Gonzales, LA, age 30, pled guilty to Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Dangerous Substance and Unauthorized Entry of an Inhabited Dwelling. The defendant was sentenced to 18 months with the Louisiana Department of Corrections with credit for time served, to be suspended, and placed on 3 years supervised probation.
