The Tupelo City Council voted unanimously to approve three ARPA projects during a Tuesday night meeting: an $830,556 contract with Townes Construction for drainage work at Robin’s Field, a $2.2 million contract with ENSCOR for stabilization of drainage from Lumpkin Avenue to King’s Creek and a $423,305 contract with New Albany-based Cary Construction to replace a failing pipe on Ridgeway Drive.
