GILLETTE, Wyo. — A Wyoming inmate incarcerated in Mississippi for kidnapping died Wednesday, according to the Wyoming Department of Corrections. Michael Iseli, 66, died on Feb. 21 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southhaven, Mississippi. He had been serving a 40- to 60-year sentence after being convicted of felony kidnapping in Converse County in 2013, the WDOC says.
