Coming Soon: Noodles by Nina seeking second location
What’s on the horizon for Denver’s food scene?. The biggest news coming out of this week is the pending expansion of hand-pulled noodle favorite Noodles by Nina, formerly Magic Noodle House. According to an active commercial real estate listing, the fast-casual noodle house is seeking a second-generation restaurant space of up to 3,500 square feet. There’s no specific neighborhood named, only that it be a walkable area with “strong weekday lunch and evening dinner demand” far enough away from the original location on 17th Ave to not overlap customers. That could includes Boulder, Castle Rock or even Fort Collins.
