Roanoke woman wanted in connection to battery of 2-year-old boy
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A warrant was issued Tuesday for a 21-year-old Roanoke woman accused of battering a 2-year-old boy last November. Alivia Hicks was the child’s primary caretaker, according to a probable cause affidavit written by Fort Wayne Police Officer Michelle Brown. Police began investigating after the Department of Child Services received a report of the toddler being abused.
