Fort Smith to Host Great American Basketball Tournaments in 2025, 2026
The Great American Conference announced Tuesday that Fort Smith will host the 2025 and 2026 GAC men’s and women’s basketball tournaments. The Great American is an NCAA Division 2 athletics conference made up of 12 core member schools, six each from Arkansas and Oklahoma. The tournaments will be held at the on-campus arenas of Northside and Southside high schools. Both arenas were opened in 2021, and each has a capacity of 2,300.
