OXFORD — Just like a week ago, Plainview softball took down Piedmont to advance. The Bears earned the 7-2 win over the Bulldogs. It wasn't full déjà vu, as this time it was to advance in the elimination bracket at the AHSAA Class 3A state softball tournament.
