West Point, IA- The Lee County Narcotics Task Force has announced the arrest of a West Point man and woman on felony and misdemeanor drug charges. According to a news release, 60-year-old Richard Edward Huffman and 59-year-old Peggy Ann Huffman, both of West Point, were both charged with Manufacturing marijuana, Possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, Possession of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) with the intent to deliver, 4 counts of Iowa tax stamp violation, Maintaining a drug house, Possession of cocaine, Possession of psilocybin mushrooms, Possession of a controlled substance (THC edibles/vapes), Possession of methamphetamine, and Possession of drug paraphernalia.
