BETHANY, Okla. — Oklahoma residents were issued to evacuate their homes in the middle of a tornado warning after lightning sparked a massive fire near homes on Sunday night. Williamsburg Apartments at Northwest 23rd and Rockwell Avenue in Bethany sits just feet away from where the tank battery caught fire.
