Charges dismissed in house shooting case
A judge on Tuesday dismissed charges against a 75 year old Pisek (ND) man facing three counts of reckless endangerment. The Walsh County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of shots fired at a rural Lankin (ND) home in October. Authorities claimed George Tibert allegedly fired multiple rounds at the home with a woman and two children inside. No one was injured.
