WEIRTON, WV — Residents took to the outdoors on Friday night for concerts and festivals around the Ohio Valley. In Weirton, people helped kick off the 2024 Summer Concert Series at the Weirton Event Center presented by the Top of West Virginia CVB. This year marks the 12th season of free community concerts.
