Youth Learn Football At SHS Camp
The Sullivan High School football program hosted a youth camp, sponsored by Valvoline Express Care, for incoming 1st-6th graders from May 29-30. The Eagle players taught the students the fundamentals of football. They did drills with the youth that showed the mechanics behind throwing, catching, tackling, blocking and running. However, the biggest lesson that the kids learned was that anybody can take on the gridiron with enough effort and dedication.

Construction is moving forward on a new rest area in western Vigo County
WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) - Crews have been hard at work building the new Clear Creek Welcome Center. The welcome center is inching closer to the finish line. The rest stop is located at the 2-mile marker on I-70 eastbound. The old facility was demolished as it's part of INDOTS's 10-year plan to improve rest areas and welcome centers.
