On the morning of April 13, a victim had her purse stolen from her vehicle parked at the Central Bark Dog Park , according to the Irvine Police Department . It is unknown how the suspects got into the car. This woman is suspected of using the victim’s credit card at a nearby Apple store to make over $1,500 in purchases.

On Tuesday, April 2, 2024, a man entered the U.S. Bank on Barranca Parkway in Irvine and demanded money from a bank teller, according to the Irvine Police Department . The suspect entered the bank and demanded $18,000.00 from the bank teller using a note. The teller gave the suspect the money from the drawer, totaling $446.00. The suspect ran out of the bank and fled the area in a newer model white Toyota Sienna.
