Jose J Peralta is charged with misdemeanor accident involving damage, misdemeanor driving with operator’s privilege suspended or revoked, citation duties at a stop sign, citation failure to stop and give information, and citation failure to notify police after a crash. Peralta is free on an unsecured bail of $2,500.
