Fairfield police say flock cameras have been a success
FAIRFIELD, Ohio (WXIX) - The Fairfield Police Department said it has seen an increase in arrests and closed cases because of Flock cameras installed around the city. Fairfield police said the cameras were installed at intersections around the city in May 2023. The department said the cameras don’t track speed but track license plates.

ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - A crash report shows that a driver who was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Anderson Township had drugs and alcohol in his system. Jacob Watford, 23, of Cincinnati, died on Jan. 3 when his SUV crashed into a pole at the intersection of Beechmont Avenue and Five Mile Road and split in two, according to the coroner’s office.
