3-month-old killed by family's pet 'wolf-hybrid' in Alabama
A 'wolf-hybrid' kept as a pet by a family in Alabama attacked and killed their 3-month-old on Thursday, authorities said. Deputies were called to the home in Chelsea around 1 p.m. to respond to reports of an animal attack, the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release on Facebook.

Boyfriend pleads guilty in 2020 killing of Tiffany Osborne whose body was found under a mattress
The boyfriend of a Midfield woman whose decomposing body was found under an old mattress in Bessemer pleaded guilty today in her 2020 death. Cedric Earl Watts Jr., 39, was initially charged with murder in the death of Tiffany Osborne, a 30-year-old mother who vanished Feb 17, 2020. Her remains were found two months later in an industrial area off Lakeshore Parkway.

An Evergreen man died Friday when his vehicle collided head-on with a tractor-trailer in Monroe County, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. The accident occurred just before 5 a.m. Friday on U.S. 84, just one mile east of Repton, when a 2016 Nissan Altima driven by 34-year-old Jonathon L.
