Upshur County couple arrested after leaving kids in hot car while fighting
BUCKHANNON, W.Va (WDTV) - An Upshur County couple was arrested Saturday afternoon on child neglect charges. Jeffrey Cowger and Carol Tenney were fighting at a home on Clarksburg Road in Buckhannon at approximately 1 p.m., according to West Virginia State Police. When troopers responded on scene, they asked where the children were, and Cowger told them they were in the vehicle.
