COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS: Kearney tires of trash talk
KEARNEY — City leaders in Kearney have had it with what they call disappointing and unacceptable trash service from Republic Services. During the last aldermanic meeting in May, Mayor Randy Pogue said “he’s out of patience” with the lackluster service that has seen trash not getting picked up repeatedly in the last nine months and residents regularly calling City Hall to complain.
