Lander Valley Teams exited at Regionals ending disappointing seasons
The Lander Valley Lady Tigers 2023-24 season came to end Friday at the Class 3A West Regional Tournament with their second loss. Lady Tigers had beaten Powell twice and captured their only meeting against Thermopolis in the regular season, but the Lady Panthers and Lady Cats turned the tables on Lander in the all-important tournament games.

Wind River Basin water content went up over last week
This is the 12th Snow Report for Water Year 2024 (2023-2024 snow season). Currently the state’s Snow Telemetry Sites (SNOTELs) are reading 95% of median with a basin high of 117% and a basin low of 47%. Last year the state was at 118%, and at 84% in 2022. The map may differ slightly from the table depending upon how many stations were reporting at the time.
