The Erie Downtown Development Corporation (EDDC) has teamed up with local downtown businesses for an “egg-citing” Easter egg scavenger hunt.

Unlike traditional Easter egg hunts, the Flagship City District will have a scavenger hunt for a chance to win raffle prizes.

Fourteen hidden easter eggs are located in the district and can be experienced from the sidewalk between North Park Row and 4th Street along State Street.

Participants can pick up guides at any participating shop and dropped off upon completion.

“A lot of the reason why we do these events in the Flagship City District is to introduce the public to these great amenities and new business like ASCEND Climbing Gym,” said Ryan Hoover, experience director, EDDC. “All these different cool shops that are up and coming here in downtown Erie, this is a great opportunity to come out and see those shops and see them firsthand.”
