New Galilee man sentenced to 120 months in prison for attempted child exploitation
SCRANTON ― A resident of New Galilee has received a sentence of 120 months in prison for child exploitation crimes. According to the Department of Justice, the charges were filed after investigators discovered that 61-year-old Richard Rader had tried to entice a person he believed to be a 12-year-old child to send explicit photos in June 2022. During this period, on two occasions, Rader sent "obscene photos" of himself to this person.

Residents Continue To Reel One Year After East Palestine Train Derailment
It’s been a little over a year since a train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio turned much of the town’s air toxic. Though the story is no longer in the headlines, the residents of East Palestine continue dealing with the impacts of this tragic incident every year. Martha is joined by environmental lawyer and Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy, who’s been involved with the issue since the start, to discuss his candidacy, the ‘We The People’ Party, and whether he thinks he can win the 2024 Election. Later, Martha and RFK Jr. are joined by five East Palestine residents to get an intimate look into how the train derailment has affected those in the town, and how they feel about the White House’s response to this tragedy. Boardman contractor accused of scams withdraws his plea of guilty
A Boardman home improvement contractor accused of scamming several people out of thousands of dollars for projects he never completed changed his plea on Friday. John Bartos was set to be sentenced in Columbiana County Court but his attorney filed a motion to withdraw his plea. In October, Bartos pleaded guilty to several counts of theft in exchange for a felony plea agreement of up to 120 days in jail and restitution for the victims. Three cases accuse Bartos of taking a total of $7,500 in deposits from people for home improvement projects that were never completed.
