LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Three low performers and two on top this week. O’Hana Japanese Steakhouse at 5217 82nd St. had 64 violations. Cooked shrimp, raw beef and veggies were above the safe cold temperature of 41 degrees. The inspector notes, the employee who was preparing the food left the building when the inspector arrived.
