Endicott Man Charged in Tioga County After Shooting Animal in Head
An Endicott man is facing charges in Tioga County after the sheriff's office says he shot an animal in the head. According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Jeffrey W. Wike was arrested and charged with Aggravated Cruelty to Animals and Criminal Mischief after an investigation into an incident in which Wike shot a companion animal in the head with a firearm.
Police Investigating After Dog Shot in City of Binghamton
Binghamton Police are investigating after a dog was shot Monday night on Glenwood Avenue. Details are scarce, but according to Binghamton Police, at approximately 6:30 p.m. Monday, members of the patrol division responded to 61 Glenwood Avenue for a report of a dog that had been shot. When they arrived, they found that a dog had been shot.

Kirkwood Man Arrested After Trio of Gas Station Robberies in Broome and Chenango Counties
A Kirkwood man is facing several charges after three gas stations in Broome and Chenango Counties were robbed late last week. According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, two of the robberies occurred before 6:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 9th in Broome County, and the last one occurred around 7:45 p.m. on Friday, May 10th in Greene, Chenango County.
