Hills Elementary students craft care bags to brighten cancer patients' days
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ohio — Students at Hills Elementary School took part in a yearly project of creating donation bags for cancer patients at the Tony Teramana Cancer Center. The bags are filled by students in the class with supplies that cancer patients may need while they're in treatment. It's a project that is done every year by the second-grade class.
