Route 10 in Richmond to close for permit work Wednesday
RICHMOND — Permit work will cause the temporary closure of all lanes of Missouri Route 10 Wednesday morning. According to a news release, MoDOT crews will be at the Routes 10 and 13 interchange from 10 to 11 a.m. to attach an overhead aerial line. The Richmond Police Department will assist with traffic control.
Liberty approves Stocksdale Park playground purchase
LIBERTY — The Liberty City Council approved purchasing new playground equipment for Stocksdale Park. Parks Assistant Director Tom Garland said the playground has exceeded its recommended lifespan of 10 years by several years and is due for full replacement.
